Two Decades of Dedication and 25,000 Clients: Celebrating Our 20th Anniversary Milestone!

27 November 2025 marked an incredibly special occasion for us—the 20th anniversary of receiving the very first set of client instructions that launched our company!

The Day It All Began in Edenbridge

I remember the day vividly, two decades ago. I was sitting eagerly in our Edenbridge office, waiting for one of our consultants to hand-deliver the first set of instructions from the first Casey & Associates Clients. The excitement was palpable. Those pioneering clients were the individuals who truly got the ball rolling and set us on this incredible path.

The moment those papers arrived, the call went out for the Client Services Department to spring into action. It’s funny to look back now, knowing that the entire 'department' was... well, it was just me! That initial flurry of activity, ensuring everything was perfect for those first clients, defined the service standards we still uphold today. It truly is mind-blowing to think that twenty years have passed since that pivotal moment.

From Strength to Strength: Our Exponential Growth

Since receiving those initial instructions, the company has grown and flourished exponentially. We have gone from a handful of dedicated individuals to a robust and dynamic operation. Our family of clients now numbers over 25,000! This figure is an extraordinary source of pride. When you consider that we are often characterised as a "small" company, achieving this kind of reach and maintaining such a high level of personalised service is a monumental accomplishment. It speaks volumes about the dedication of our team and the immense trust our clients place in our expertise, year after year.

A Personal Journey: Challenges, Learning, and Joy

For me, these twenty years have been a profoundly personal journey. It has been an educational period, filled with continuous learning as the industry evolved. It has been a very eventful two decades, marked by company expansions, technological advancements, and adapting to shifting market landscapes. Crucially, it has, at times, been an extremely challenging twenty years. Running a business is never without its hurdles, from economic downturns to navigating complex regulatory changes. Yet, overcoming those obstacles has been incredibly rewarding, and overall, it has been a thoroughly enjoyable twenty years.

We’ve seen many colleagues join and move on during that time—some have moved onto new adventures, and their presence is still genuinely missed... and some, perhaps, not so much! Every single person, however, has left their unique mark on our company’s story.

The Best Team We've Ever Had

As I reflect on this significant anniversary, I want to express my deepest appreciation for the current team. I can honestly say I can't remember a time over the last two decades when we had a better, more talented, and more collectively focused group of colleagues in place at the same time. Your professionalism, your commitment to our clients, and the positive, collaborative atmosphere you foster every day make coming to work a pleasure. I couldn't be happier or more proud than to be working alongside each and every one of you. You are the engine of our success and the embodiment of our client-first philosophy.

Thank you to all of our colleagues, past and present, and a huge, heartfelt thank you to our incredible clients for their loyalty and trust over the last twenty years.
