Trust Registration Deadline Approaching

The Government has brought in new legislation regarding the registration of trusts.

If you have created a trust or are a trustee of a trust then you now need to register the Trust with HMRC. If your trust generates an income then the trust must be registered with the minimum of delay. If your trust does not generate an income then you will need to register by 01 September 2022 and we recommend getting this done now. HMRC reserves the right to issue penalties on trustees for trusts that are not registered.
