Casey & Associates has adapted its operations in the light of the current situation.

We are offering video or telephone appointments where possible.

Consultants are still visiting clients if an original signature in front of a witness is required. In such cases we are following Government social distancing protocols.

If you are an existing client and have an urgent need to create or complete a Will, Lasting Power of Attorney or Trust Deed please contact us with the minimum delay. We are offering a “fast track” service for existing clients. If possible, please quote your (orange) client record number when you contact us.

We have introduced an “out of hours” service for NHS staff and key workers. We can process your requirements into the late evening and at weekends.

If you have completed documents, please check that you and your family know where they are in case they are needed.

Please make sure that Lasting Powers of Attorney documents are ready to hand and not locked away in, for example, a bank strong room. The documents may be needed at short notice.

Do you and your partner/spouse and wider family know about, for example, all the family’s insurance policies? Have you filed all such documents in an ICE (In Case of Emergency) file?

Where is your Will? If you are storing it at home perhaps now is the time to consider storage in our fire-resistant safe facility.
